Question 1

How do I book a ferry ticket?

Accepted Answer

Choose your route and travel date, pick a sailing and your seats, enter each passenger's details, and pay online. Your e-ticket is issued as soon as payment is confirmed.

Question 2

What do I need to bring on travel day?

Accepted Answer

Bring a valid government-issued ID for each passenger and your booking reference or e-ticket. Discounted fares (senior, PWD, or student) require the matching valid ID at the terminal.

Question 3

Can I reschedule or cancel my booking?

Accepted Answer

If you cancel before departure, you get back a percentage of the fare, based on how far ahead you cancel (the tiers are listed in the policy), until the cancellation cutoff. The convenience fee and any miscellaneous or port fees are not refunded. If the operator cancels the trip, you get a full refund including fees, or travel credit. The full rules are in the Refund & Cancellation Policy linked at the bottom of this page.

Question 4

Do you offer discounted fares?

Accepted Answer

Senior citizen, PWD, and student discounts are available where applicable. Select the passenger type while booking and present the matching valid ID when you board.

Question 5

Can I reserve a vehicle?

Accepted Answer

If vehicle transport is offered on your route, you can add a vehicle to your booking. Availability, requirements, and any downpayment are shown when you select your sailing.

Question 6

How will I receive my ticket?

Accepted Answer

Your e-ticket is ready right after payment and can also be sent to you. Present it with a valid ID at the port — no printout is required. Keep your booking reference for check-in.
